This Privacy Policy applies to the eksigram application (the "App"), a free service developed for mobile devices by Emre YILDIRIM (hereinafter "Service Provider"). The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following circumstances:

What Are My Opt-Out Rights?
You can stop information collection by uninstalling the App. This can be done through your mobile device's standard uninstall process or via the app store where the App was installed.
Data Retention, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain data you provide for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like data you provided through the App to be deleted, please request deletion by emailing [email protected]; your request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly use the App to collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted promptly. Security
The Service Provider values the confidentiality of information and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect processed and stored information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post changes on this page. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.
